Feeding
In the Beginning...
Most of you will also know that there are 3 different ways to feed a baby.
Note: I would recommend keeping a can of formula on the truck even if you don’t intend to use it. Even when my little one outgrew formula and started drinking regular cow’s milk. I still kept powdered milk on the truck just in case I as in the middle of nowhere without access to milk.

- Breast Feeding, supplemented with Formula;
- Formula – Microwave 20-25 seconds, shake and sit for one minute if you little one like it warm;

Solids
Food Mill
Very cost effective long term, great for on the road. With a food mill you will need to carry a couple of baby bowls, a spoon (clean after each use), and cleaning supplies for dishes if you do not have them already.
Plastic Food Containers
These are great. They are not as cost effective as the food mill, however they are cheaper compared to formula which runs $20 for 64 3 oz. bottles. They have a lot of different flavors, and are easily stored in all temperatures.
Baby Oatmeal
The original greatest product that all Grandma's swear by. It is a little over priced in my opinion for what it is, there are very few flavors and you also have to add in either formula or breast milk. It is really great for the early stages of introducing your little one to solids. It goes through their digestive system well and keeps their tummy from getting sore. It also stores great on the truck.

Cleaning Bottles
I absolutely recommend purchasing a bottle cleaner. They are so useful and when you’re done using it, shake it off and place it under the baby support frame in your bath tub so that it can drip dry without getting anything else wet. Also, keep plenty of paper towels in your truck to help with drying them (which you probably do already for other things). You'll want to make doubly sure you separate out the teats each time and give them an extra good dry - I have noticed they like to pick up residue and it doesn't always come off with the bottle cleaner.
Even if you clean them regularly, once in a while the bottles do need to be fully sterilized. If you don’t get access to a dish washer then I recommend filling the bottles with water and zapping them in the microwave. This will sterilize them and help get rid of anything that has built up on the inside.
A flossing brush, which you can get from Walmart next to the regular tooth floss, is great for getting into the tight edges.

Burping
Our little one did not need to be burped whenever we were out on the road. I do not know whether this is the same for all babies, but if it is I would guess that it has something to do with the vibrations of the truck.
