Playtime
Car Seat Time
I remember all the
fun times my little one and I played peek-a-boo while driving down the road. It
was so much fun and he was so adorable.
We would also raise the arms of the chair slightly and string his mobile between them.
We also had a coat hanging on the back of the passenger chair and I had the bright idea to use hair ties to attach a small colorful blanket to it. The little one loved to stare at it and point at all the wonderful colors.
As our little one got older we introduced him to my IPad and that opened up a whole new world to him. At first there were online books and noise games, and then we moved on to very basic puzzles. Many of them were free to play. I recommend purchasing a program called Zoodles or one like it to control the areas of the tablet that your little one plays in.

Floor Time
When we first felt like our little one needed floor time we put a nice soft blanket down on the floor and laird him down on it with his mobile strung between the two seat belts. We surrounded him by other toys that were colorful and he could grab at. As he got older we removed the mobile and replaced the basic toys with blocks and cars.
