When eating in the truck without access to any cooking devices the best option is just to eat out. However, it is a good idea to keep some snacks on the truck just in case there is not a restaurant or fast food location in sight. Here some ideas:

- Crackers (maybe with some tuna fish?)

- Baby Yogurt (weird, i know, but it does not need to be refrigerated and tasted just like regular yoghurt)

Put 1banana in a bowl, on one side put 1/4 to 1/2 cup strawberry yogurt, vanilla in the middle and chocolate or some other flavor on the other end. Top with more fruit such as peaches, pineapple, grapes, blueberries etc.. You can sprinkle granola on top for a filling breakfast dish. Serve and enjoy.
